Today is National Author’s Day. Let’s Celebrate!
Can you imagine life without authors? A world with no books, no stories, no documented history? A world where us wordy folks just had to hold all of our thoughts in our head? What a sad world that would be.
Authors allow us to escape into a fantasy, learn about our past, realize we aren’t alone in our pain, and provide us with a needed laugh or even a good cry.
